This is my personal declaration: I have forgiven and freed everybody who has insulted me. Whatever grief they gave me, I have released them for the sake of my serenity and for the sake of God. It is not easy, the heart feels sick, and treachery is painful, but I thank God for giving me the grace to forgive quickly, and I hope for you to be able to forgive and release them as well.
